Returns and Exchange

At Funkrafts, we accept exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Submit Your Request

Drop a WhatsApp message on 8303753374 to initiate your exchange request.

Exchange Timeline

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Pickup Process

  • The product(s) will be picked up within 1–4 days of your exchange request.
  • An exchange fee of ₹50 will be added to your new order.

Select Products

  • Share details of the product you want to exchange and the new product you’d like instead over WhatsApp.
  • The new product must be equal to or higher in value than the original product.
  • Any price difference must be paid in advance, if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear images within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp 8303753374.
  • Once verified, we will process an exchange at no extra cost.

Quality Issues

  • Please describe the issue in detail along with images/videos on WhatsApp.
  • If the issue is verified, an exchange will be arranged.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Once we receive the original product in unused, unwashed, and intact condition, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Refunds and return-for-refund requests are not applicable.
