At Funkrafts, we accept exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.
Submit Your Request
Drop a WhatsApp message on 8303753374 to initiate your exchange request.
Exchange Timeline
All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Pickup Process
- The product(s) will be picked up within 1–4 days of your exchange request.
- An exchange fee of ₹50 will be added to your new order.
Select Products
- Share details of the product you want to exchange and the new product you’d like instead over WhatsApp.
- The new product must be equal to or higher in value than the original product.
- Any price difference must be paid in advance, if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear images within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp 8303753374.
- Once verified, we will process an exchange at no extra cost.
Quality Issues
- Please describe the issue in detail along with images/videos on WhatsApp.
- If the issue is verified, an exchange will be arranged.
Dispatch Timeline
- Once we receive the original product in unused, unwashed, and intact condition, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
- Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds and return-for-refund requests are not applicable.
